Shaveworld aims to provide its customers with the best possible service. If you have any suggestions or ideas on how we can improve our service, please send us an e-mail and fill out the form.

How to order?
Online shopping couldn't be easier. Just set up an account at Shaveworld.com and select one or more products to which you would like to subscribe. After logging in, you can select your products(s) and place an order quickly and easily.

Shipping
We use TNT for deliveries to our customers in the Netherlands and Europe. The prices quoted for razor blades do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are visible as part of the subscription price in your Shaveworld account.

Shipping frequency
We ship our products to customers throughout Europe, and shipments are sent out in the first week of each month.
 
Policy
Unavailable Orders
If we're not able to carry out your order, we will send you an e-mail explaining the matter. If you would like to change your product(s) selection, simply log in to your Account and modify your product(s) selection.

Taxes
All our products are offered at prices including VAT, unless specified otherwise.

Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our service(s), send us an e-mail explaining the matter, and fill out the following form. We will respond to your e-mail within 48 hours.

Privacy Policy
We do not transmit any information from and/or about our customers to third parties.

Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 2 weeks after ordering a subscription, but you must do so before the first shipment is sent. Your payment will then be refunded to you within 7 working days.
